For aquarium care firms · restaurants & bars
Between lunch and dinner, the display gets its visit.
A restaurant aquarium lives beside the diners and the bar. Your team has a window between services to change water, clean the glass and check the life support, and the fish, corals and invertebrates must look right by the first dinner booking. Frescalo is built to plan the visit into that window and keep what was done on the record.

What a restaurant asks of your firm
Four pressures that come with a dining room.
-
A window between services
Lunch ends, the kitchen breaks down and dinner prep begins. Your visit fits in between, with buckets, hoses and an open cabinet beside a dining room being reset around you.
On the record The visit planned in its window, with its start and its finish.
-
Seen from every table at 7pm
The display is part of the room. Cloudy water, a stray hose or a fish that isn’t there is noticed by guests before the staff notice it.
On the record The water change, the glass, the fish, corals and invertebrates looked over, photos from the visit.
-
A kitchen next door
Heat from the kitchen and the bar, cleaning products nearby, staff who feed the fish when a guest asks: a restaurant brings its own risks to the water.
On the record Observations and readings against the range you set, each flagged as it is entered.
-
An owner who reads every line
Restaurant owners count each line of a bill. A monthly invoice that matches the visits, and a record they can open themselves, settles most questions before they are asked.
On the record Monthly invoices beside the visits they cover.
Between services
The visit ticket goes up between lunch and dinner.
Tuesday at Marrowell: the last lunch ticket leaves the rail at 15:00. At 15:30 your team’s ticket for SD-01 goes up, its lines tick off one by one, and it is spiked done at 17:15, before the first dinner ticket at 18:00.

Built for restaurant work
What Frescalo is built to do for a restaurant display.
- Plan each visit inside the gap between services on the Visit Calendar.
- Log the visit as an aquarium husbandry record: water change, glass, filter socks, skimmer cup, top-off, and the fish, corals and invertebrates looked over.
- Keep SD-01 on the register with the life support in the cabinet below it.
- Draw each reading against the target range you set.
- Invoice the maintenance contract monthly, or a leased display by the month.
- Send the owner the visit’s Work Record when they ask for it.
Readings are the ones your team takes and enters at the visit. Frescalo doesn’t connect to controllers or probes.
Where the work sits
In a restaurant, the work sits beside the guests.
A restaurant group may have a display in every room. Each place below can be a system of its own, with its own visit window.
- The display behind the bar
- A dividing-wall display between rooms
- A freshwater display at the entrance
- A living wall on the terrace side
- A private dining room display
- The cabinet and sump below each one
